Ok hi everyone
I took my car to a random tire shop to get some new tires mounted. When I checked in, they tried to enter my car information into their computer, but there was no 9000 Aero on their list so they put in 9000 Turbo. I was just getting some tires mounted, so I didn't think very much of it. Well they said I needed an alignment and a few days before a friend of mine was driving the car and said that it seemed a little out of alignment so I figured they were probably right and I got them to do it. The guy came out and said "woooah you were way out of alignment", which I thought was a little strange. Anyway, I've been driving it on the highway a LOT, and it is clearly worse than before I took it in. I mean, the steering wheel is not straight when I am going in a straight line, and when you let go, it pulls to the right.
Over the past couple of weeks I have been thinking a lot about this and what I am wondering is is it possible that the alignment specs are different for the 9000 T than for the Aero? Not knowing a thing about this, I assumed that alignment was something that was just adjusted for an individual car, not something that was specified for a particular model. Can someone explain this to me? What is going on here???
