It's extremely serious and should be repaired right away.
It happens many times that ATF makes it to the coolant reservoir when radiator goes bad, but not vice versa (for awhile).
When coolant have finally entered transmission, the days are numbered on the trans.
It HATES coolant with a vengeance and if transmission have been saturated with coolant the only thing you can do is to flush transmission several times and hope for the best.
But usually they fail within a year, both Saabs and Volvos.
So if you don't have any signs of coolant in trans fluid, hurry up and get the radiator replaced.
