Sounds like you are considering a '95CSE. Swedecar is familiar with these systems, and has the research to back him up, but don't think TCS was avail with the CSE in '95. That version of TCS is more reliable, I gather, that the earlier in '92&'93.
When you start the car up, the TCS/ABs light comes on for a few seconds. Also, the brake resevoir is elongated and looks to be ~ 1qt, vs the non TCS being shorter, and looking to hold about a pint.
