Answers:
(1) You tell us! maybe it's something to do with your alarm. I didn't have one on my 1990 9000S, but then that didn't have an alarm...
(2) The headlamp wipers/washers come on with the windscreen washers. If they don't, check the fuse, which I think is no. 7 (also protect the horn so if that worksm the fuse is presumably OK).
(3) By "automatic interior fan", do you mean the ACC is starting up when you turn on the ignition? If so, on your car I think you can reset the start-up options by first selecting them – in your case, turning the system Off – then pressing the Defroster and Panel Vents buttons simultaneously. The ACC display and LEDs will flash to acknowledge the change. To cancel this setting press Off and Auto simultaneously (you get the flashes again). You have to wait at least 30 seconds wth the ignition off before testing your startup settings, and if your starting problems involve disconnecting the battery you will have to go through the procedure again.
(3a) If you lose the battery as above, I'm sure you also know to re-calibrate the ACC by pressing the Auto and Panel Vents buttons simultaneously.
