If you are going with the eEuroparts ones, then here is what I would suggest:
- 2 Hydraulic ones for the lowers
- 1 Urethane 3 piece for the vertical position for the uppers.
- 1 Rubber bushing in metal sleeve for horizontal position for the uppers.

The reason I went with the rubber one instead of the 3 piece urethane one is that the horizontal arm has a housing that is much smaller than the bushing itself and the 3 piece one just got torn up badly in that position.

Definitely go all new if you are changing any of them. If you have an engine hoist (or jack) to support the engine, this is doable at home. The metal ones that need to be pressed out can be done by a shop for cheap. I paid a dealer to replace the old metal ones with urethane ones for $40 total once (I was not ready to work on my car yet).
