What's the word on Axxis brake pads?

I currently have PBR Deluxe which emit zero-dust, but unfortunately, when I installed Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors in front, the pads groan and shake a lot when braking hard.
Would the Axxis pads be any better with c-d rotors? How are they when used in normal situations (meaning flat-faced rotors)?
