I just replaced mine 2 weeks ago and have had low- to no-boost, and this is with a Stage 3 ECU and 3" exhaust, pulling 16 psi and above! I am stuck in 5 psi at all times (which is 1/2way into the yellow).
My CEL came back on on Friday, and it has a code telling me it's the O2 sensor again. The reason I replaced it in the first place was because the CEL came on telling me so. In any event, I have the company I bought mine from sending me a replacement since the one they originally sent me is obviously no good.
And yes, I even did an adaptation run, to no avail.
