working? I've been told for my no start '95 CSE that the tach should jump when cranking. It does but ever so slightly, not very much at all actually. But, there is a little movement. I don't hear anything going on with the fuel pump while cranking and my ear right down at the pump and I already swapped DI's from my '97. NGK plugs are fine and don't look wet. So, I want to be sure it is the fuel pump as I suspect.
