Not neccessarily the engine mounts... Can be but it might be a bit more complicated.
The cooling fan takes quite a lot of current and the engine RPM goes noticeably down when fan starts and runs. You didn't mention how is the overall idle of the engine... For example when the vibration is the RPM? Normal is ~850 RPM and if you have low RPM then surely any engine will wibrate even with good motor mounts.
So please check the RPM first. The brakes are not most probably involved since your problem occurs only on idle (car in standstill)?
If the RPM goes low there are several things, like AIC that tries to compenste the RPM drop when fan kicks in. AIC is known to get stuck/blocked. It can be cleaned and in most of the cases this helps. Do a search about AIC on the BB.
If your DI (assuming you have one) is faulty it may cause problems on idle. Especially when the engine is hot it may develop one of the cylinders to fail ignite and thus engine vibrates.
All this for the start... Hope this helps.
