my pedal dose not engage the clutch , however it does return. I just replaced the master last week, and this week I was driving when I went to shift and nothing, the pedal went right to the floor.I spotted a blown apart hydrolic line and tried to fix it with hose clamps.I bled the system like a normal 2 man break job,and found greas was pumped into my bleeder valve at the slave. I cleaned and flushed the system with degreaser and an air compressor.finally fluid started to run through the lines again.I did not pressurize the system as I have recently read needs to be done . however I did get a full pedal. But the first 2 or 3 pushes were very very stiff , had to use a bit of presssure to depress pedal.however the hose clamp job did not last even for a test drive befor the resivor was drained and to the floor went the pedal.so i got a new line from the wrecking yard and installed it.{good no leaks}.however upon bleeding the system the regular 2 man way{no pressure}I had no luck getting any pedal.could it be a loose bleeder valve , in neeed of some teflon tape around threads.Or is it the slave. The car will fire up in any gear and drive. i am going to pressure bleed the system , and check for leaks.I do hear an air leak coming from the slaves bleeder area , but not sure yet exactly where I am hearing the leak.may be leaking from the feeder line to the slave, or the bleeder. hope it is not the slave gone bad.does this sound typical of a slave gone bad??? please anyone reply ASAP, I need to have my car fixed to day and ready for work tommorow!!!!!!!E mail me or answer me on this site THANX FORREST
