Don't know how heavy the 9k 5 spd tranny is. Massive is how I describe it. Heavy as hell. The one time I replace the clutch on my 94cs, I took the whole drive train out with my engine lift. I thought it wasn't too much more work. Matter of fact, it probably was easier is what I think. I really do. But that's me.
On a Honda Civic I used to own, I squatted down and fitted a transaxle with my two hands onto the engine. Squatted down, not lying on my back lifting the transaxle. That's how light it was. There is no way one can handle a 9k transaxle with two hands.
