LPT to FPT Conversion

I have a '95 CS (LPT) 5-speed.
I have an ECU from a '95 auto Aero.
Is there anything else I have to do, after I
install the Aero ECU and a BPC valve in the CS,
to enable the FPT?
I think it should be "plug and play".
Am I missing anything?
Thanks,
jj
