Steam at Stoplight

Recently, my 97 CSE has begun to blow some steam from the radiator area when my car is just barely warmed up and I am sitting at a stoplight. It looks like the car is overheating but the temp gauge says it is okay. By the time I get to work and check under the hood, the steam is gone.
I have checked the coolant level when the car is cool and it has not gone down, as far as I can tell. Nor is there any coolent residue.
I park my car in a garage at night. Is it possible the steam is just condensation burning off the engine or radiator?
Could I have some kind of coolant or gasket leak that stops once the car is fully warmed up?
Should I do a pressure test on the cooling system? If so, how high should I pump it up?
Thanks,
Charles
