adjustable for the 9K, so in theory, only the front needs adjustment.
However, with a 4 wheel alignment, you get readings from the rear wheels, and if they are off by whatever reason, they can compensate a bit with the front so the trust angle is indeed going straight down the road even though your car body may skew a bit.
Are you putting on a new set of tires ? If your old tires worn evenly and is not having alignment problem, I would just skip it.
If you know the alignment person or you know the shop does good work and your car is in need of an alignment, then go ahead and get a 4 wheel job.
I often feel that getting an alignment from an unknown place is a hit or miss proposition.
