hello
Pulled my engine a week ago to replace the front seal, rear main seal and the mounts and to replace some broken studs in the head and for general cleaning it was really dirty from all the leaks over the years... Now I am putting the tensioner pulley back on and I notice that the top bolt only has 4 threads it going hold on, the rest of the hole seems to be full of aluminum(on the timing chain cover) I don't quite recall how it was on when I took it off but it seems incredible that this is how it is supposed to hold on ... ??? Any sugestions...? Thinking of knocking through the aluminum wall that is behind the threads but not to sure that I will succeed with reason anyway, now that the engine is in the car , i guess i will have to try it... Thanks .
