Getting the Condensor out from in front of yer Radiator, is prolly the best thing you can do for your cooling system, face it, three air cooled devices inna row is Less than clever.. Go Saab :-)
The Silly Torx bolts are Sum Bugger to remove.. these often snap, or break anything less than A Snap-On Socket.. (Never, ever worked onna Car that Snapped so Darned Many Bolts..these are poor quality (minor Rant;-)
Use a 24" breaker bar and more muscle.. sadly, there is no secret.
Use a Hacksaw to cut the AC lines
and To cut up the Evaporator if you don't want to have to pull the Rad to get it out.
Good luck.
