A unit like EricG mentioned has to be the easiest by far, and probably worth the price. Of the other options listed on Quasi's site, the reservoir cap modified to fit a bike tube air fitting is the next best thing, and what I use. You just have to keep the reservoir filled up to the top, because if you let the level drop below where all the partitions are, you'll just be pumping air through the system. The bike tube thing is a pain in my experience and all that white powder inside the tube can't be good for the fluid.
What I use: modified spare cap to fit bike tube adapter, which I cut out of the tube, leaving extra rubber around the edge so it fits inside the cap and forms a gasket. After putting this in the cap, I just put the rubber ring that came with the cap over top of the bike tube rubber and screw the cap on, pressure the system up to about 5-10 psi, and crack the bleeder nipples.
