Only replace the end-links if they are bent or damaged. The bushings contained wihtin the top of the links are not replaceable.
However, the bushings at the bottom of the end-links where they go through the control arm are replaceable and should be replaced. They do most of the work keeping the sway bar from moving.
You can either replace them with oem rubber, or poly. I don't remember the part #, but do a search on this board on this topic. The only place I know to get them is Pep Boys. They're the same part as for a 1964 Ford Mustang--make sure they are the red poly ones ($10 per bag of 8, though you only need 4 so share with a friend...).
I have them in poly. I also replaced all of my bushings front and rear (mixture of poly and rubber all around), and the car handles extremely better now.
Good luck!
Joe
