The bolt circle is 4x4.25in (108mm), the same as a number of Ford products including the Focus and some older 4-bolt US Fords.
The offset, though, is quite different - the Focus is up around 45-50mm while the 16x6.5 early-Aero wheels are 27mm.
I've been looking at some alternatives for our '92 9000T and the best I've come up with (in terms of cost/strength/weight/fit) is the Team Dynamics Pro Race I (http://www.rimstock.co.uk/rimstockusa/rimstockframeset.htm)
They're a heat-treated casting, stronger than most castings and much cheaper than a forged wheel, strong enough for a 3500lb car, available in useful sizes and offsets, right around 18lb in a 17x7.5.
They offer 30mm and 38mm offsets, the 38mm looks preferable for fender clearance on my early small-fender 9000.
