Thanks to the many of you that helped guide me through my first big project. Work now completed (and car back on the road):

1. New lower motor mounts. Did the Quasi limiter mods on both front and rear.

2. New upper motor mounts in poly. Have noticed substantially more vibration makes it into the cabin, along with engine noise (almost like what they describe in the new BMW Z3, where there's a vent that's made purely for allowing engine noise into the cockpit).

3. New poly transmission mount bushing.

4. New poly bushings on lower control arms, both front and rear (the fronts were a lot of work).

5. New poly front and rear anti-sway bar bushings. In doing the rears, I found that the links connecting the sway bar to the underbody both need new bushings. Anyone know where I can find these? I've noticed that the rear of the car definitely feels softer than the front, and I'd like to even this out. Noticeably less body lean, which is nice.

6. New front brake pads.

I didn't replace the shocks, which seem fine. However, it DOES appear that my front strut bearings are still suspect -- all new parts/bolts correctly in place, and still some clunking from up front. Will do these along with the rear sway bar links together in some later project. Nothing urgent.

Next projects:

1. New heater core and blower motor are in my possession. Will install soon, along with new 82-degree tstat and thermofanswitch.

2. New headliner. Have material in hand.

3. New dash bulbs for instrument panel.

4. New speakers for stereo, with eventual replacement of stereo with aftermarket unit.

5. Chains. They're making a LITTLE noise, but not as bad as many. Still, don't want to wait for the problem to get worse, since this is my daily driver.

Would love comments on the five new projects I have lined up.
