Congratulations, sounds like a great find. I just did the 65k service recently on my '97 CS, I would include changing the serpentine belt and adjusting the pulleys, I'm not sure that it's a standard part of the 65k schedule, but well worth doing, and keeps everything nicely in line. There are plenty of good sources for parts among the sponsors, including eeuroparts and saabsavior - ones I've dealt with personally. I'm not sure how easy/difficult it is to source a part like that used, without buying the whole seat (or all the seats?), but you could try ebay - very much a hit or miss, but worth a shot. If all else fails, it may be possible to switch the pasenger side motor to the driver's side.
