Similar problem with windows in my 900TC...

and as Srecko stated, it was the switches. Very simple to do.
Removing the switchpack requires a small flat-head screwdriver to pry it up. Be careful not to damage the plastic surrounding it.
Seperating the switchpack (once removed) will require the same screwdriver, and you will have to work each tab apart on the sides of it.
Once you get the pack to separate/open up, little brass tabs will more than likely fall out--not to worry, since they fit right back in once you get the whole thing apart.
When the pack is fully separated, clean each and every brass contact with emery cloth/fine sandpaper, wiping each afterwards with a cloth to remove any dust left behind.
Reverse the order to put it all back together again, and you should have resolved your problem. If not, then you will have to check other things, one of which could be the sunroof motor itself. Do a search on this board for other options. But cleaning the switches is the easiest and cheapest before getting into anything else (besides the fuse and/or relay).
