Grinding a gear when warm? 2 gears?!

I recent bought a bargain 89 Saab 9000 TURBO... so I Expected it to have a few problems. In the warmer weather I never had this problem but in the past 3 weeks or so, shifting into second.. works PERFECTLY when the car has not warned up yet,, then between 10 and 15 miles later, sometimes much less, 2nd gear will begin to grind going in, consistantly, every time. I began skipping it, as not wanting to harm anything, and once in a while, , while not as severe as the 2nd gear issue, the car grinds 3rd. This ONLY Happens when the car is warmed up, shifts like silk otherwise, and other shifts like 3-4 are awesome, and I havent NOTICED any real problems with other gears but if given something to watch for its possible I may spot something. Any ideas on this? thinking about changing the MT fluid.., is there a good way to do this ? should I JUST get some thing tubing , stuff it in all the way, and suck on it and syphon the fluid out,,, fill, repeat? Any help is appreciated... thanks for reading :)
