A regular 9000 just doesn't compare to an Aero. An Aero will always be worth more than the other 9000's. The "worth" of an Aero is extremely subjective. I bought my 1994 LeMans Blue 5spd for about half of what you quoted seeing in the classifieds; it had 150K miles.

Was it a good deal? The PO was very meticulous and had just replaced some big ticket items. Leaving me to enjoy many miles to come. These cars are incredibly underrated and even more "undernoticed". Step on the gas and the car seems to shrink to the size of a Honda. Take a trip to Ikea and suddenly it's a Suburban. Most of all, sit in the driver's seat of an Aero and be amazed. This is a car to be reckoned with.

Seek out a well maintained Aero Phil. And don't buy one unless you have taken it to a Saab specialty shop.
