Hmmm,,, high HC should indicate the unburned fuel passing the motor and combustion... Not so much an air leak in intake...
Check your spark plugs - use only NGK BCPR 7ES gapped to approx 1.0 mm.
How is the shake i.e. is it like loss of power or similar? In this case you could go back to the shop and ask them to check the DI casette as they tend to fail in 100-150 k km. The DI tends to show the problems after it has heated up a bit i.e. as cold it works just fine - but once warm it will not work anymore. Don't just trust the spark test, but ask them to lend you a working casette and try how the idle / run is after that.
Also the temperature sensors could be causing similar problems...
Other possibilities could be the O2 sensor, but I'd start with DI..
I think all the Saabs in Finland are equipped with EGR. The vacuum valve diaphragm of the EGR can rupture and leak extra air into the intake. You can check the EGR valve by sucking air from the control (smaller) nipple of the bell. If there is no vacuum hold then the EGR valve has a broken diaphragm and you need to replace the ERG valve or block the vacuum line. Also the EGR valve could be stuck open i.e. try while motor is running suck vacuum into the EGR valve. This should change the idle as more "heavier" and unstable.
Also your's most probably has the PVC valve and -vacuum hoses (Thin and more thicker hoses from cam cover to the instake (close to the air flap housing). Check the acual rubber tube inside the soft cover as it is most probably leaking too.
Carefully re-check all the vacuum hoses as there can be cracks everywhere, not only on joints / around nipples. Pay special attention to hoses going under the intake manifold.
BTW,,, you can check the leaks in intake vacuum hoses by spraying cold start spray on the joints, nipples etc. (not too much!)
I think for a non-native english speaker having finnish as mother tongue your english is easier to inteprate, but it isn't that bad. Tsemppiä!
