Need legal advice- issues w/ saber performance

Hey guys. I've been battling saber performance (formerly accelerated response motoring) on an issue I've been having with my exhaust, and here's the scenario:
I got a saber performance exhaust (cat back) in '99. Great product, stainless steel, deep, throaty, & poppy. Awesome. Last year, the pipe gong into the muffler section snapped at the weld. I'm like, OK, so I called up saber and sent it back. Lifetime warranty. Long story short, they billed me for the replacement, saying they would refund it once they received the bad one.
Over a year later (this happened in september 2002), I still don't have a refund from them. Every time I call up there, they feed me some other excuse about why I don't have my refund. The latest is that the manufacturer never got back to them. Anyway, I've had it with these yahoos. Good product, but customer service that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
Any thoughts on what I can do legally? The last time I talked to the saber guys, they would send the money right away. That was a month ago. Any advice would be appreciated!
Don't buy anything from saber performance, EVER. They don't stand behind what they sell, make all sorts of lame excuses, and make promises they can't keep. You guys and the saabnet bb are awesome. Thanks for the help!
