Beware of hardened o-rings...

...no big deal if all the o-rings come out with the injectors. It may be difficult to get the o-rings out if they are left behind in the port, however; especially because these rubber o-rings do tend to harden over time. Ask around (check with your indy or the Saab dealers) as to the best method to get the o-rings out if they are still in the ports before you disturb them.
If they break apart while you're trying to get them out, they could drop into the intake port and (hopefully harmlessly) get sucked through the combustion chamber. But I always worry about the possibility that they'll lodge in the intake valve and either do damage or jam things up. At the very least, their remnants could prevent your injectors from seating properly.
