I really have to write up & post a procedure for this, seems we get a 'no start' per month.

Crack the banjo fitting up on the fuel rail. Carefully, as the fuel may be under pressure. I usually wrap a rag around the fitting.

If you have no gas in the line;

Measure the voltage at the fuel pump fuse, while cranking the engine.

I you have +12v at the fuse, the do as Daren suggests...whack the tank with a mallet while someone cranks the car.

If you have no +12, then you may have a bad fuel pump relay, a bad ignition switch or the fuse is blown.

Outside chance you have a bad fuel pressure regulator. This is located on the fuel rail. Pull the vacuum hose off, put a longer, cleaner hose on and suck carefully on the end. A good regulator will hold vacuum.

If you find gas in the line, then the problem is almost always DI cassette. As you've already changed this, it seems unlikely.

Finally, your 95 may have TCS. I don't know a lot about TCS, but it seems possible that it could cause a no-start.

For all of this, my money is on a bad fuel pump...but it's hard to say for sure.
