Are you talking the BLOCK is cracked??? Unusual!
Seems to me that the charity would set the value if you make a donation? Probably based on a book value.
An auto wrecker would haul it for free; not likely give you anything for it though.
If you sell "as is" just don't misrepresent the condition - that would leave you open to being sued.
I'm probably going to drive my old Nissan truck until it dies and I junk it - not worth trying to get a couple $ for it.
