T-belt job, I would suspect that the cam timing might be off a tooth or so.
The V6 in the 9000 is a real dog to begin with when it comes to acceleration (if you don't floor it), so yours must be very bad now.
Since you also mention the TCS light it might be some vacuum hoses that are not hooked up properly.
The 9000 V6 have an load of vacuum hoses going criss-cross all over the engine compartment to different vacuum/electric switches.
Did you have the work done at a Saab shop?
Otherwise I suggest that you bring the car to a Saab shop where they have the knowledge and books for the 9000 V6.
