Sounds like very possibly failing DI.
I had the similar symptoms,,, after engine cooled down a bit and re-started it had the stutter, but not always. Higher RPM'm helped the run (but you have to remember that Saab engines do run somehow even with 2 cylinders working!)
Other symptom was kind of loss of power on highway speeds,,, Most probably also the higher RPM's helped on this.
The car never stalled when this condition occured. The condition lasted for a minute or max 10 minutes - always went away with kind of surge of power.
One nice morning the car didn't start (fire) at all,,, I swapped the DI (less than 10 minutes) and voila!
Remember that once one/two of the sparks are not working some unburned fuel will eventually reach the Catalysator and there is a risk that it will be burned... (rather expensive part to replace just by misuse).
