current. If you had a multimeter with an ammeter function you would place it in series with one of the battery cables. You can only use it to look for light loads such as the drain you are looking for. Watching the reading and pulling fuses until you come across the big drain. Course you have to remove the under hood lamp if it comes on with hood up. and keep the windows rolled down doors closed or interior lamps shut off so as not to come on with doors open.
Voltage wise you should measure 14.2 to get a charge into the battery and 13.8 with a charging system at trickle charge with a multimeter. Hope this helps. Let us know what fused line comes up with the suspicious drain.
