I can't beleive how many 9000 owners that are posting here about the TCS system and problems with it.
Well, I know it's an extremly crappy system but so are the TCS on the 99 and up Saabs and Volvos too.
The TCS system do act up in different ways depending on what type of fault codes that are stored and how many of them. So I'm not surprised that the system does different things now that some of the codes are cleared.
Bear with the dealer when they want money to fault trace your car. They are only in business to make money, not to keep ALL 12 year old cars on the road.
It sure sounds like a bad throttle body to me, especially if the one you have has the old part number.
I would only spend 1 hour of fault tracing your car, checking all the small stuff like vacuum hoses, bleeder valve, clean throttle body and calibrate the system.
After that I would demand a new throttle body to be installed (if it's the old style) to even bother with doing any more fault tracing.
You can measure the values of the throttle body "til the cows come home" and it doesn't matter, it can still be bad even though you can't see it with a VOM.
The fault code 675B0 is gonna come back right away until a successful calibration has been performed.
Also keep in mind that the dealer tech of today might not even know how to work on that "old" system, racking up hours of fault tracing without getting anywhere.
Good luck
Anders
