The washer reservoir cracks around the mounting bolts. You remove it through the bottom panel in front of the right front wheel - remove the wheel well and the lower panel. The reservoir is held in with two long mounting bolts that are permanently attached to the reservoir - you reach the nuts near the water pump - and a bolt at the top near where you fill it.
A plastic repair shop can fix it in about an hour. Check places that repair plastic bumpers. There is no sealant/glue that will work properly on this plastic (polyethylene I believe). Or you can just replace it with a new one from a site sponsor vendor.
Or if you're lucky you'll open up the wheel well and find that it's just a check valve leaking, this is also common.
