According to the Black Book (which you have to be a dealer to get) the average asking price should be $7,250. including adding $250 because it's low miles for year. Wholesale is $5,750. which is also the loan value on the car. Demand isn't that strong for Saabs and you can often buy them for less than book. I recently saw a '97 CSE auto here in Michigan for $4900 with around 50K on it. On the other hand there aren't a lot of late 90's 9000's around either so you may not have that many choices. I'd try to get it in the low sevens if you can. But even if you paid the asking price it's still a lot of car for the money.
