100% Synthetic - accept no substitutes on a turbocharged car. The turbo runs at extremely high temperature that can destroy regular oil in a hurry. Synthetic blends are a waste of time/$ as the regular "component" of the oil dies just as fast as 100% non-synthetic. Nor am I aware of any standard for how much synthetic needs to be added to regular to qualify as a blend.
I use 5W50 Mobil 1 year round, in the Canadian Tire package.
Note that standard transmission wants just plain 10W30, nothing fancy.
