When you first start the car in the morning, do you get both the ABS and Brake Fluid lights? Do you know that they work? They should come on, even for a little while.
I'm concerned about the "Fluid levels are fine, before and after engine is started" Do you mean that if the car has been sitting for a while, like 12 hours plus, the level is down at "FULL WITH CHARGED ACCUMULATOR"? Or is the non-started level up near the top of the reservoir, and it drops down to "FULL..." as the ABS pump runs.
First, make sure the ABS and Brake Fluid lights work. Second, try the pumping trick again. Make them hard pumps, like the bus on the way to the Trial Lawyer's Day Care Center just pulled out in front of you. Make them fast - as fast as you can. At some point you're going to outrun the pump. If it takes more than 15, fine. If they don't come on by 30 pumps, then stop. But if the lights don't work, they'll never come on.
And please clarify "Fluid levels are fine, before and after engine is started"
