Before getting to this point, you should have the front wheels chocked and the rear raised on a jack. Handbrake off. Centre console section with the brushes where the handbrake disappears removed and the two big nuts either side of the handbrake loosened off.
The 14 mm (I think) hex is just behind the spring. Use 14mm socket on short extension and with the tension out of the system - see above, you can get it on the plug head - jiggle it a bit and slightly depress the spring. Carefully retain the copper washer.
Insert the long part of the allen key into the hole and feel for its location. Spin the hub by hand and tighten the allen key until the brake pads bite (see specs for pad thickness). The back off say 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
Better is to do this with the wheel still on. Spin the wheel (which now has good bit of momentum) and you can feel the "bite point" better. Again back off as above.
Fine adjust using the two big nuts by the handbrake and you should be OK.
