Coolant in the cabin, why ???

This thing just happenned a month ago that I felt that the passenger side's carpet was well damp with the blue fluid. Not sure what is that... thought it was some Gatorade that I usually put one around there.... Since then I never thought about it again...
However, yesterday I just check the coolant level and it needed to be filled up for a cup of water, suddenly I think about the fluid in the car. The fluid in the car just smell like this coolant. And now the floor is much more damp than last month. How possible could it be that the coolant comes/ leaks into the cabin. Any advice please!!! Will bar leaks work in this case?
