I'm getting ready for my mechanic extrodinaire in Brooklyn, New York to transplant my 1991 2.3 turbo engine into a 2.3 non turbo CSE donor car.
I can't wait until it is done. New body style, leather interior with a manual gearbox and loaded. Are there any drawbacks to getting this swap. He is THE MAD SCIENTIST when it comes these babies that we all love.And the transplant will go be succesful I know the clutch will have to replaced in some time from now but what about the axles, fuel pump and exhaust system.And being that the cars come prewired for CD changers what is the best afermarket that will comply. Any one ever done this before. If you have done this please respond Im getting ready.
