that's the only "con" I have against it.
I have complete JT 3" with CatCo (or CarSound, I forget which, but both are the same) high-flow cat. I used band clamps and acoustic exhaust sealant around each connection. Have had the system in place for 2 years now--still as perfect as the day I put it in!
Sound is inspiring. Same as stock when cruising, "King-Of-The-Road" when punching it, but not obnoxiously.
Power definitely increased, but I also had better air delivery in place.
Erased any traces of turbo lag, though is always less to begin with in an auto.
"Point-and-squirt" is now the feeling (again, only with an auto).
Price was very good (got an excellent deal because I led a group-buy purchase of 35 JT systems for TSN people), fit was fine but needed small pipe cut to fit to take up slack of larger cat. Definitely install system and adjust fitment before making it permanent. My tailpipe sticks out just a little bit too far but can be fixed by shortening the inlet pipe.
This then made me go out and get a BSR re-mapped ECU, and then a Hyperboost BPV, and then Saab/VDO gauges, and then...
Can't wait to do it to my 900TC.
You won't regret it!!!!!
