...I had the same leak in my '93 Aero. Tightened the clamps and waiting to see whether that helped. I can tell you that they didn't seem all that tight.
Be careful when messing with the reservoir, and don't over-tighten the clamps, since the reservoir's plastic is likely somewhat more brittle than when new.
