First, make sure all vacuum lines are good, no leaks. These can cause problems with idle and may need replacing. Cheap fix.

Next, check your bypass valve. These have a diaphram inside that break, causing the jerkiness that you feel at low RPMs. New about $40-50 depending on where you shop. You can search here for how to check these, it's simple. Disconnect the vacuum hose going to the top of it, place in mouth, suck in, if it holds it's probably good. If it doesn't hold the pressure you applied with mouth, it bad. 'This is probably the cause'

Lastly, the AIC valve located between front of the throttle body and rear of valve cover, hoses connected at 90 degree angle with an electrical harness at one end, gold in color. This little sucker can make idle a little weird and cause the car to stall out sometimes, especially when slowing for a turn and such, having to push in clutch, etc. New they're about $100 but when my car started acting funny, people here suggested to clean it out by shooting some WD-40 into it, and re-installing it. Sometimes it works and helped the car to run smoother but, it usually doesn't last more than a few days.
