The check valve is located at the bottom of the fluid reservoir tank where the pump is. It is a small black plastic in-line valve, attached to the small outlet hose coming out of the bottom of the tank.
The tank is accessible by removing the bottom right "under bumper" liner. Thsi is the liner that keeps junk from flying up into the engine bay.
The headlight washer hosing is accessible by removing the front grille. Then you have to trace where the line runs along the back of the front bumper.
To gaing access to the hosing at the point it reaches the headlight wiper, you will need to remove the headlight assembly. Remove the assembly as a whole unit (black plastic frame included). Doing it this way will retain the headlight adjustments.
I had to do this same thing when the white plastic "Y" connector snapped that connects the hoses going to each headlight wiper to the outlet hose coming from the washer pump/tank.
Good luck!
