Don't replace it!! A body shop will pop out the dent, fill in any rough spots, remove the rust and paint over the small affected area. A few years ago, my '88 MB 420 SEL (now deceased) was hit in the same spot. It could not be repaired, as the truck that did the damage poked some holes through the metal. Anyways, it had to be replaced. The total was $6,500 for the part and replacement labor. I would rougly estimate anywhere from $400 to $900 for the repair of your car. Don't go to a national chaim repair shop, find one that specializes in Saabs or European cars in your area.
