First, thanks for your suggestions, guys. To replace the passenger side bulbs parking lights (in high beam housings), I found it was easiest to pull the turn signals and headlights. Just not enough room for my hands to get to the bulb otherwise. Took all of 10 minutes to do both sides (of course the driver's side is fully accessible.) from unclipping the turn signal unit, taking out the grille, removing the headligh, changing the bulbs and putting it all back.
Also have a trick. I found the holder/socket the bulb hard to grip/turn because it is kinda recessed below the hi beam bulb. I used the open end of a 10 mm wrench, placed carefully between the two wires and gently turned ccw. Very easy. A 9mm would probably work better, but couldn't find my 9mm. A needle nose plier could also be used.
