went with the OEM rubber on the torque arm, and poly on the vertical mount. lowers i replaced only the front mount and went with rubber (mostly because of the cost), the rear is hydraulic, there is some increased vibration, nothing that really bothers me, so i'd say its a personal decision, do you want the super-smooth feeling of hydraulic? good luck with the switch, not a bad job, just make sure you have a good block of time to do it in!
