So what's the likelihood of this.... Posted by turrbo [Email] (#8) [Profile/Gallery] (more from turrbo) on Fri, 16 Apr 2004 09:23:11 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I was driving along the highway the other night when the batt light went on, lost power steering and the temp gauge went up to the red in less then a coupla seconds. Ok, so the serp belt broke, I thought. I took it to the indy yesterday morning and he looked around. Apparently, the AC compresor worked its way loose and fell off, obviously causing the serp belt to eff up. But, he can see the top two bolts for the compressor, but can't seem to locate the bottom one. He is afraid it sheared off and went into the engine. Is that possible???? He's looking into it more today. What about the compressor...can that be broken too??? Oh yah, '95 CS now FPT.
