Hey Steve. I had the same problem on my '91 9000T after I had a new windshield installed. As I understand it, 9000's are not the most aerodynamic cars to begin with and have a lot of wind noise. Unless the special glue they use to seal your windshield is a constant bead and is done correctly, you will experience a wistling from the weather stripping and possibly even some leaking (as I did). I had a PROFESSIONAL glass installer replace the weather stripping and re-glue some parts and the problem went away. Hope maybe this helps.
