95 Aero Turbo blowing back small amount of oil

I have a 1995 9k Aero with 110K. While changing the oil with Mobil One 10w30 as usual, I noticed a small amount of oil coming off the inlet pipe at the connection to the Turbo. I pulled the pipe and found just a little more oil in the pipe itself. I checked the turbine and found a tiny amount of play (don't know if this is normal or not). Oil seems to be blowing back into the intake but is NOT being pumped into the intercooler (I checked this pipe too).
Is this normal for the mileage? How long before I need a new turbo? And where's the best place to pick one up?
